i am serving in pakistan army as an officer.i want to appear in css exam on open merit because of some family compulsions.please guide me how i should go about to get the noc and what is the schedule of exams in 2010.please guide me from where i can get the application forms and treat my mail as urgent as i am serving at a place where there is no internet access.i am planning to appear in indo pak history,international relations,urdu,please guide me in this regard as well.
