Provisional Constitution Order (constitutional articles suspended)

President General Musharraf promulgated the Provisional Constitution order (PCO) and declared the emergency in Pakistan. This order may be called as Provisional Constitution order No. 1 of 2007. Under the PCO, the Fundamental Rights under Articles 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 19 and 25 of the Constitution shall remain suspended.
